Chat runs on GetStream. Who can write to whom and what can be sent is decided by the application, not the provider.

Every photo is compared against the verification. No test profiles, no unverified accounts.

No adult content and no transactions between users. Offering or requesting paid encounters is punished with permanent expulsion.

A free plan and paid plans by features, never by gender. Cancelling is as simple as subscribing.
Product rules
- Every report is reviewed by a person. An expulsion requires two reviewers and can be appealed.
- Whoever is expelled for breaking the rules doesn’t come back: verification prevents creating another account.
- The ID document is never stored on our systems.

Each platform is organized in three layers. Rules and decisions live in the application. Specialized services carry out what the application asks of them: verify an identity, review an image, deliver a message, charge a subscription.
If a service fails or changes, it is replaced without touching a single rule.
