This policy explains what personal data B3acon Tech SpA processes when you visit b3acon.tech or write to the company, what it uses that data for, who it shares it with, and how you can exercise your rights. The elsilencio platform has its own privacy policy, published at elsilencio.com/en/privacy.

2. What data is processed and why
Emails you send
When you write to contacto@b3acon.tech, the company receives your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. It uses them only to reply to and follow up on your inquiry.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, until any applicable legal claims expire.
Hosting technical data
When the site loads, the hosting provider logs technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser, requested page, and time. This data is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: as defined by Netlify, as processor, to operate and protect its service. B3acon Tech does not keep a copy of these logs.
Analytics, only if you accept
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages you visit, where you came from, your device type, and your approximate city-level location, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. The company uses this information in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Legal basis: your consent. Retention in Google Analytics: 14 months.
Advertising, only if you accept
If you accept advertising cookies, the advertising platforms the company uses record your visit to measure campaign results and to show you B3acon Tech ads on other sites.
Platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. Before using any other platform, the company adds it to this policy. Legal basis: your consent.
What the company does not do
It does not sell personal data, does not share it for purposes other than those described, and does not make automated decisions about you based on it.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Until you make a choice, the site does not load Google Tag Manager or any analytics or advertising tool. Those cookies are only activated if you accept them.

Each advertising platform may also use cookies on its own domain, governed by its privacy policy: Google, Meta, and TikTok.
You can change your choice at any time from . If you withdraw consent, the company stops using those tools from that moment on, and the site deletes the measurement cookies it had created in your browser.
4. Who data is shared with and international transfers
To operate the site, the company uses providers that process data on its behalf:

These providers process data outside Chile. Transfers are made under each provider’s data processing agreement, which includes contractual data protection clauses.
5. Your rights
Under Chilean Law No. 19,628 and, from December 1, 2026, Law No. 21,719, you may request at any time:
- Access: know what data about you the company processes.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask for it to be deleted.
- Objection: object to a processing activity.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Blocking: temporarily suspend processing while a request is resolved.
To exercise them, write to contacto@b3acon.tech stating which right you want to exercise and information that allows the company to identify you. The company replies within 30 calendar days of receiving the request. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. If your request is not addressed, you may file a complaint with Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).
6. Security
The site is always delivered encrypted over HTTPS.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. If a change affects a use of data you already accepted, the site will ask for your consent again.
