Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data B3acon Tech SpA processes when you visit b3acon.tech or write to the company, what it uses that data for, who it shares it with, and how you can exercise your rights. The seremos platform has its own privacy policy, published at seremos.app/en/privacy.

2. What data is processed and why
Emails you send
When you write to contacto@b3acon.tech, the company receives your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. It uses them only to reply to and follow up on your inquiry.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, until any applicable legal claims expire.
Hosting technical data
When the site loads, the hosting provider logs technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser, requested page, and time. This data is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: as defined by Netlify, as processor, to operate and protect its service. B3acon Tech does not keep a copy of these logs.
What the company does not do
It does not sell personal data, does not share it for purposes other than those described, and does not make automated decisions about you based on it.
3. Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party measurement tools, which is why it shows no cookie notice. The only cookie is first-party and is set only if you switch language manually:

4. Who data is shared with and international transfers
To operate the site, the company uses providers that process data on its behalf:

These providers process data outside Chile. Transfers are made under each provider’s data processing agreement, which includes contractual data protection clauses.
5. Your rights
Under Chilean Law No. 19,628 and, from December 1, 2026, Law No. 21,719, you may request at any time:
- Access: know what data about you the company processes.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask for it to be deleted.
- Objection: object to a processing activity.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Blocking: temporarily suspend processing while a request is resolved.
To exercise them, write to contacto@b3acon.tech stating which right you want to exercise and information that allows the company to identify you. The company replies within 30 calendar days of receiving the request. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
If your request is not addressed, you may file a complaint with Chile’s Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).
6. Security
The site is always delivered encrypted over HTTPS.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
